Grant Award Amounts
Orphaned Children’s Foundation (OCF) provides one time Grants to Adoptive families. The Adoption Grants are provided in January. Award amounts available are based on annual Fundraisers, Donations and Charitable Gifts. Adoption Grant Applicants can only receive an award one time; unless there are no other Adoption Grant Applications pending.
Adoption Grant Application Processing Policy
Complete adoption grant applications are evaluated at the end of the 4th quarter. Applications are processed in the order in which the completed application is received. Incomplete applications will be not considered.
Adoption Grant Notification Procedure
Adoption Grant Applicants and the associated legally registered adoption agency and or adoption facilitator will be provided written confirmation of any Adoption Grant Award amount. OCF does not maintain a waiting list for future grants applications.
Adoption Grant Disbursement Procedure
When generating Adoption Grants the Orphaned Children’s Foundation underwrites associated adoption agency or adoption facilitators fees. Adoption Grants are disbursed as fees are incurred. In the event the Adoption is not completed for any reason the unused amount of the award will be refunded to OCF.

It is the policy of the Orphaned Children’s Foundation (OCF) to provide equality of opportunity to all Adoption Grant Applicants. Accordingly, the Foundation does not practice or condone unlawful discrimination in any form against any individuals, volunteers or applicants on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
