Military Families Adoption Grant Program (MFAGP)
The Orphaned Children’s Foundation (OCF) has developed a unique program, the Military Families Adoption Grant Program (MFAGP), that is restricted to military service members, their families and certain Veterans of the US Armed Forces. OCF recognizes the selfless acts and sacrifice necessary to be a military service family member and what it takes to serve on active duty.
Many individuals remain unaware however, that the unique situation military families endure with honor for the greater good, does in fact cost them personally. They are often subject to a higher level of scrutiny during the adoption process as a result of their military service commitments.
Donations received from military members and their families are allocated specifically to the Military Families Adoption Grant Program. Donations received through auto withdrawal are automatically processed to the Military Families Adoption Grant Program fund. When making other forms of donations please make sure you annotate MFAGP in the memo or comment section of the check or form you are completing.
The donations are placed into a restricted fund only allowing the distribution to military families (see priority categories below).
A Restricted Donation - is when the giver specifies a program or service to benefit from a donation to the foundation.

Payroll Giving - Help Military Families Adopt
Donations are accepted from anyone who would like to contribute to the Military Families Adoption Grant Program (MFAGP). Military families have a particularly difficult time and endure additional obstacles when adopting due to their individual service requirements. Please consider establishing a payroll giving gift today. The only requirement is that you speak with your Human Resources Department. It is that simple and the impact is astounding!
Even $1.00 a pay period can make a substantial impact multiplied by the number of families contributing to the foundation.
Military families are encouraged to enroll to have your donations withdrawn automatically. Although most military families use the myPay the Web site to manage and review their finances; setting up an automatic charity donation can only be done by contacting your local Customer Service Representative (CSR).
The information you will need to provide the CSR to select our Charity is:
